PSRPPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what information the PSRP26 Discord bot (“the bot”, “we”) collects when you use it or are a member of a server it is in, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. By using the bot or staying in a server where it is active, you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
- Discord IDs: your Discord user ID, and the IDs of servers, channels, roles and messages the bot works with. We may also store your username or display name as Discord provides it.
- XP and level data: your XP, level and related activity counts used by the bot’s XP system.
- Roleplay data: information you create or enter through the bot’s roleplay and management commands.
- Moderation and audit logs: records of actions taken in the server, such as channels created or deleted, roles given or removed, members joining, leaving, being kicked, banned or timed out, and similar server changes, including who did the action, who or what it affected, and when.
We do not collect passwords, email addresses, payment information, or your activity outside servers where the bot is present.
2. Why we collect it
- To run the XP and level system.
- To provide roleplay and server-management features.
- To keep moderation and audit logs so server staff can see what happened, keep the server safe, and enforce the server’s rules.
- To fix bugs and keep the bot working properly.
3. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as the bot operates and as needed to run the PSRP26 server.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not share it with anyone, except: with PSRP26 server staff for moderation, as required by law, or as required by Discord. Data is processed through Discord’s platform and the services used to host the bot.
5. Your choices
If you do not want the bot to process your data, you can stop using its commands or leave the PSRP26 Discord server.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect stored data, and only people who run the bot or the server’s staff can access it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Age requirement
You must meet Discord’s minimum age (13 or older, or higher where your country requires it) to use Discord and the bot. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
8. Discord’s terms
The bot follows the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Discord Developer Policy. Your use of Discord itself is covered by Discord’s Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the updated policy.
