Terms of Service

PSRP26 Bot · Effective October 11, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the PSRP26 Discord bot (“the bot”). By using the bot or being in a server where it is active, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

1. Using the bot

You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the rules of the PSRP26 server. You must meet Discord’s minimum age (13 or older, or higher where your country requires it).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam or overload the bot or its commands.
• Exploit bugs or glitches, or cheat the XP system (for example with alt accounts or automated messages).
• Try to hack, reverse-engineer, or get unauthorized access to the bot or its data.
• Use the bot to harass others, or to break any law or Discord rule.

Breaking these rules can lead to losing access to the bot, having your XP or data reset, or action by server staff.

3. Logging

The bot records your Discord ID, XP data and actions taken in the server (such as channel and role changes) as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the server you understand these actions are logged for moderation.

4. No warranty

The bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty. We do not promise it will always be online, error-free, or that data such as XP will never be lost.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the PSRP26 team is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the bot.

6. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop the bot, or any of its features, at any time. The bot may be removed from a server at any time, and access may be taken away from any user who breaks these terms. We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the bot means you accept the updated terms.

7. Discord

The bot is not made, endorsed or run by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s own terms, and these terms are in addition to them. Where they conflict, Discord’s terms come first.
